Parquigran is specialized in parking construction at difficult plots of land. At the time of its creation, the parking lot of San Agustin was the second parking constructed in Spain at greater depth. Besides, the parking lot of Puerta del Mar makes up one of the greatest challenges of this Company, since it was constructed at 14.4 meters depth by the sea, becoming the only existing parking lot of this kind in Spain.
To overcome the problem of building below the water table we have systems for the collection and subsequent evacuation of high-pressure groundwater as well as the development of perimeter screens that give the vessel configuration.
In addition, we give special importance to the pile driving of the parking, as it serves both as an anchoring system and as columns to the frameworks.
