PARQUIGRAN supports policies to promote equality of opportunity and personnel diversity in the workplace. For this, PARQUIGRAN makes a special effort to encourage potentially disadvantaged groups such as women, people under 25, those over 45, disabled and immigrants.

Wages balance

The Department of Administration of PARQUIGRAN has carried out research on the wage discrimination, which has lead to the creation of joint action plans between the Company and labour unions. Besides, active policies in the wage revision are implemented annually.

Immigrants’ integration

Parquigran, a company with international presence, has developed different programs for recruitment of professionals from different countries. This formula allows contributing to the development of third countries and to the support for immigrants’ integration in Spain. As a result, our personnel are made up by more than 65% of immigrant people.

 

In 2007, PAG PARKING S.A.R.L opened the first business program for training and selection of employees in Morocco, which aims to provide the necessary professional and cultural knowledge for the good performing of their workplace. PAG PARKING, together with “Ville du Casablanca and Commune Urbaine”, has developed this program.
